Every day pets with wonderful personalities are euthanized simply because they're older. Overlooked by adopters, seniors waste away in shelters or are euthanized. Even most rescues can't save seniors due to high vet costs and slow adoption rates. Because of neglected medical issues, adoption fees and fundraisers cover only a portion of the vet bills. We can't meet expenses without individual donations.
